esosport^® play is the system developed by ESO RECYCLING® for the creation of gardens dedicated to children, where play, sustainability and safety merge into a single innovative surface.

Its composition ensures maximum performance:

– Top layer: made with high-quality rubber from recycled sports shoes, offering an elastic, porous surface, pleasant to the touch, aesthetically vibrant and with excellent natural bounce.

– Bottom layer: made of recycled SBR rubber from bicycle tires, providing support, resistance and shock absorption, while contributing to environmental sustainability.

– Variable thicknesses from 2 to 7 cm, designed according to the European standard UNI EN 1177 for protection against head impact injurie

– Non-slip, draining surface, resistant to weather conditions

– Cast-in-place installation, by mixing rubber with a two-component polyurethane binder to obtain a homogeneous mass that can be processed directly on site

– Certifications: ISO 9001 – UNI EN 1177
